Selling with Secondo

As the Seller you will receive 50% of the Sold price after GST has been deducted. Your items will be actively on Consignment in our Store, and on our Website for 4 or more weeks.  With your permission, for a further 2 weeks the item will be offered at 20% discount.  If unsold, it will be put for your collection, or Donation.

 

If you have Multiple items with us that have sold within different payment cycles, we may pay in the earlier or later cycle to reduce transactions, making it easy to keep track of Sales and Payments to you. You will receive a detailed Inventory of all Sold Items. Alternatively, you can access an immediate Store Credit and begin shopping straight away!

 

Items unsold in store and on our website - You will receive an Email advising you have items to collect.  Pick up within 7 days is appreciated, if you need longer, please feel free to call us instore, or Email hello@secondo.co.nz to make arrangements. Items not collected or arranged to be collected on the 8th day, will be given to our preferred Charity, Wellington Dress for Success. 

 

We are as careful with your items as we can be, however, should an item be shoplifted, we will honour your payment.

 

We try our best to create a receipt for you at the time of dropping off your items, however, where this is not possible, we aim to get it to you by the close of Business the following day. 

 

We ask that your Items are in Good and  Clean Condition, as you would expect to find items for Sale in Store.
